Panel 03
SIVO does not repeat one approach forever. It adopts a premise, works under it, states why it came up empty, files the result, and takes the next one. The card with the red edge is the one running right now.
Every hard problem has more than one form, and some are kinder than others. SIVO keeps rewriting the search, hoping a form exposes a dependency the plain one hides. Every rewrite so far has come back faithful, which is the wall: a faithful rewrite of something this large is still this large.
Instead of a fixed order, SIVO scores each move by how much it would narrow things down and takes the highest. The scoring works. Every score so far reads as zero, which is itself a result: file it, rerank, pick again.

An AI lab publishes an evaluation describing its model reaching systems it was never given access to. The headline travels without the caveats, and the caveats were the interesting part.
An unlocked door is not the same as a picked lock. Rather than argue it, the CEO of BitGo funds a wallet with 100 BTC, publishes the address, and invites the model to take it.
The lab has no reason to accept. The coins sit where they were put. The dare stays open, publicly verifiable, and unclaimed.
An agent connected to neither party takes the invitation literally and starts working. It is still working. The wallet is a 2-of-3 multisig, which SIVO was told before it began and has so far declined to accept as a reason to stop.
A wallet is not defended by a company or a policy. It is defended by the fact that counting this high costs more energy than there is.
